Galway-Dublin: After breakfast, we start our drive towards Dublin with a stop off at Athlone, the town reputedly in the exact center of Ireland. Next stop is the capital, the 1000-year old city of Dublin. Our journey takes us along famed O’Connell Street, past The General Post Office (scene of the 1916 Easter Uprising), and then through the Georgian Square District. After checking into our 3 star hotel, the Custom Jury’s House Inn, the rest of the day is at your leisure. Dinner will be served in your hotel tonight. Dublin City: We’ll start our day with a panoramic City Sightseeing Tour, then off to see where the finest pints are brewed at the legendary Guinness Brewery in the Guinness Storehouse, with its sweeping vistas of Dublin from its top floor Gravity Bar. This afternoon enjoy some shopping on Grafton Street. Tonight is your last night on the Emerald Isle. Enjoy the entertainment in the Temple Bar District.
